Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use cheats, automation software, bots, or exploits
Use the Services for unlawful or abusive purposes
4. Accounts and User Responsibility

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. In-App Purchases (IAP)
The Services may include in-app purchases that allow you to buy virtual items, virtual currency, or other digital content.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or platform provider policies (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play)
Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash

Tapto is not responsible for unauthorized purchases made through your account.
6. Subscriptions
Some Services offer auto-renewing subscriptions.
Key terms:
Payment will be charged at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your platform account settings (Apple ID / Google Account)
Unused portions of free trials, if offered, are forfeited upon subscription purchase
7. Advertisements and Third-Party Services
The Services may display third-party advertisements and contain links to third-party websites or services.
We do not control or endorse third-party content
Interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party
Third parties may collect data as governed by their own privacy policies

8. User Content
If you submit or upload content (such as usernames, chat messages, or feedback), you grant Tapto a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Services.
You agree not to submit content that:

Contains malware or harmful code
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, logos, and game assets are the exclusive property of Tapto LTD or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tapto LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tapto LTD from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
